Principles of Athletic Training
(PE 30FH and PE 40FH)

 
This full credit course at the 30 and 40 level is geared towards students who are interested in specialized sport specific training. A range of topics will be covered including: plyometric training, sport nutrition, agility, weight training, flexibility, injury recovery and creating an individualized training program. This is a 100% “in-class” course, students will be expected to attend and participate in class every day. Students will need to indicate their interest to Mr. Poperechny in order to be considered for registration.
